HELLO PARKER ARTS PATRONS!
You have probably seen my name in your inboxes over the years, but I’m writing to you now in a new capacity. As the Acting Cultural Director, I have removed my Assistant Cultural Director hat and am now overseeing our season programming, among other duties. It is a very strange time to be taking on this important task, as the current state of the world has made it very difficult to plan for next week, never mind for the next year. We are cautiously optimistic that we will be able to present shows this season, but reassure you that we will only do so if we feel that we can keep our patrons, our staff and our performers safe.
We are starting to rebook cancelled acts and schedule new performances based on reduced capacities of only about 25% of normal. Any seat sold will be socially distanced and we will follow all guidelines for sanitation and safety. Instead of announcing a full season line-up like we’ve done in the past, we will most likely announce shows one at a time. As always, our Family Circle Members will get to purchase tickets early, then we’ll open up sales to the general public.
We appreciate all the support you have given us over the last few months, and we look forward to having you back in our venues again! In the meantime, if you have any questions or ideas, please feel free to call me at 303.805.3366 or email me at email@example.com.
