Do you yawn when you hear the word "salad"? This class will help to change the way you look at salads in a very flavorful way. Experience different kinds of greens and how just that can bring variety to your table. Learn some do-ahead tips that take the work out of putting together a salad on a daily basis. You will also be able to turn that salad into an entire main course for a lighter but still satisfying meal. With this hands-on class, salads will become exciting and not just a boring after-thought.
